Welcome to N-Tran (N-Tran Translator / N-Tran Bot). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our Discord bot and web application (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using N-Tran, you represent that you meet this requirement.
N-Tran provides translation functionality through:
A Discord bot (e.g., slash commands, message translation)
A web application interface
The Service operates on a request-based system. Translations occur only when explicitly requested by a user. N-Tran does not automatically monitor or translate all messages.
Some features may require account linking between your Discord account and a WordPress-based account.
You agree to:
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Ensure that any content you submit does not violate third-party rights
Maintain the security of your account and linked services
Use the Service in a fair and reasonable manner
You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
You may not use the Service to:
Engage in spam, abuse, or excessive automated requests
Process or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the Service
Reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the system
Violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access in cases of abuse or excessive usage.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted availability
Error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of translations
Translation results are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies.
N-Tran may operate on a credit-based usage system, where:
1 request = 1 credit
Free usage may be provided at our discretion
Paid plans or additional credits may be introduced
All purchases, if applicable, are non-refundable unless required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, N-Tran shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Errors or inaccuracies in translation results
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse or abuse the Service
Required by legal or operational reasons
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
